We’ll leave in the morning to arrival in the wonderful seaside resort of Ostend in late afternoon, and our hotel, the 3 star Royal Astor, a stone’s throw from the bustling main square, the beach, the picturesque marina and even the prestigious Casino if you fancy a flutter, in time for a 3 course evening meal, and FREE BAR from 8.30 until midnight serving local lager, house red and white wine and soft drinks.
Saturday
A
fter breakfast join our half day excursion to Bruges - with it’s picturesque canals, traditional gabled houses and majestic churches, it’s no wonder it’s known as the Venice of the North. At Christmas, the city is transformed into a wonderland – the fairytale atmosphere of pretty stalls are like a Christmas card come to life! In the afternoon, experience the colourful Ostend Christmas market with its festively decorated stalls and open ice skating rink built around the main square. Or take the chance to sightsee and explore before returning to the hotel for another FREE BAR with entertainment and 3 course evening meal.

we’ll leave for home making a short stop on the way at Cite d’Europe Shopping Centre for a few extra bargains before returning home in the late afternoon/evening with all our Christmas Shopping done!
