Monday (Christmas Eve)
W we depart stopping off at the unspoilt cathedral city of Winchester en route to enjoy tea with biscuits on arrival at the Belvedere Hotel, well situated on the road leading straight to Bournemouth Pier, and a few minutes walk away from the shop and beach.  3 course dinner with choice menu and tea/coffee

Tuesday (Christmas Day)
Merry Christmas Everyone!  After a full English breakfast, spend the day at leisure in Bournemouth at the Christmas Markets, and then return to the hotel for afternoon tea and Christmas cake before freshening up for a traditional turkey dinner with all the trimmings, followed by entertainment.

Wednesday (New Year’s Eve) 
A after a full English breakfast, today we visit Dorchester where Thomas Hardy spent most of his life, and still today, there are many old buildings and elegant 18th century houses – visit the traditional indoor and outdoor markets.  Then we travel on to Poole with it’s Waterfront Museum and before we go back to the hotel for afternoon tea and biscuits make sure you pay a visit to Poole Pottery, and tonight we’ll enjoy dinner followed by a New Year’s Eve Party.

Thursday (new year’s day)
A after a full English breakfast, we’ll pay a visit to the ancient village of Beaulieu best known for it’s 14th century Palace House, home to the Montagu family.  Here you’ll receive a warm friendly welcome from household characters of the Victorian era, and learn what life was really like “Upstairs Downstairs”.  The Motor Museum is also here with its unique collection of cars - James Bond cars, Formula 1 racers, some legendary record breakers like Bluebird and Golden Arrow.  Back to the hotel for tea and mince pies, before freshening up for our last 3 course dinner followed by entertainment.

Friday
On the way home, we’ll stop off at the lovely ancient city of Salisbury with its beautiful cathedral dating back to 1220 – it’s soaring spire is the tallest in England.
