Thursford Christmas Coach Holiday
Departs: Sunday 7th and Sunday 14th November 2010
Sunday
We depart in the morning stopping en route to spend the afternoon in the pretty University town of Cambridge, which boasts plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants. We arrive at the Ramada Jarvis Hotel in Norwich in time for our three course evening meal.
Monday
Free time to explore the city of Norwich with its Norman Cathedral, majestic castle and winding medieval streets including the beautiful ancient street of Elm Hill. The shopping is second to none – the two shopping malls are a perfect blend of high street names and designer boutiques. We’ll go back to the hotel to get ready and have late lunch at 3 pm before departing for the highlight of the tour, one of the most exciting Christmas Spectacular Shows ever. On the way, we’ll drop in to Santa’s Magical Journey, a fantastic trip through the forest, past penguins and polar bears to reach Santa’s House. Then we’ll take our place for the biggest and most popular Christmas Show in England. Remember a magical Christmas of yesteryear and enjoy a brilliant mix of festive entertainment - traditional carols, dazzling dancers, beautiful costumes, music and singing providing a pageant of colour like no other.
